Order Processing / Delivery Times

We will generally process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds.  There may be occasions where processing is up to 3 working days, however we will notify you prior if that is going to be the case.

Our orders are shipped via Courier Post/NZ Post.

Domestic Delivery

Delivery to South Island is generally 1-2 working days from when order has been processed.

Delivery to the North Island is generally 2-4 working days from when order has been processed.

Allow longer for rural delivery, and also around busy times of the year for posties such as Christmas / public holidays.

Returns Policy

A full refund will be provided to any goods returned to our warehouse, unopened in their original packaging, in 100% saleable condition and within 30 days of purchase. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable.

If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.

After 30 days returns and refunds are subject to manufacturers warranty.

Where a credit card is used for payment, we do not store full credit card details, or even have access to view full credit card numbers.

Our website uses 'Stripe' for credit card payment processing.

Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, Stripe make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security.
